UP House Empreendimentos was born with the mission of selling quality projects with adequate conditions, building long-lasting and transparent relationships with its customers and establishing solid partnerships with developers. All based on trust and ethical behavior and always valuing people. 
Challenge
- Create a layout for social networks that would follow the brand's visual identity and that could convey the brand's values.
- Find a creative path for ads.
- Create specific promotional ads for real estate.
Ads
We developed the entire digital strategy in addition to the creative path for the ventures and some institutional pieces. Ads are created in different formats: Facebook, Instagram.
We created pieces with the creative path pre-established by the visual identity of Up House for promotional advertisements for properties that could be used on social networks (Facebook, Instagram) and in print.
Last but not least, we created a coherent creative line to make the UP HOUSE brand known throughout its communication channels.
