Value your brand with the “WOW!” Factor

Have you ever thought about offering a product or service so good that the only reaction your customer can get is "WOW!" ? 

If you haven't thought about it, it's time to start organizing your team to make it happen. Because, in this scenario of extreme competition it is absolutely necessary to differentiate yourself from competing brands.

 To create the WOW factor you need to understand that it consists of three basic characteristics:  

  • It's surprising: The customer has an expectation, but gets much more.
  • It's personal: It can only be triggered by the person who experiences it. 
  • It is contagious: Consumers who try UAU will defend and spread their brand to many people. 

To keep your customer loyal, your team needs to use a lot of creativity. Don't be afraid to innovate. Bring new things, something that your customers have not yet considered. 

However, for the UAU factor to be created, the brand you must have a dialogue with your client and understand what he needs.

Currently, there are several technological tools that assist in this process of creating leads and audience segmentation. You can create market research online or even use big data and artificial intelligence, that is, resources are not lacking for your brand to get closer to the consumer.  

According to Kotler, from the customer's point of view there are 3 levels to reach the WOW:

  • Satisfaction: Companies strive to develop products and services that only meet the needs and desires of customers. 
  • Experience: Companies go beyond products and services. They improve customer interaction with a service plan and differentiated design between experiences in the physical store and in the digital universe. 
  • Engagement: Companies that engage customers personally and allow their service to be done in a personalized way, addressing their anxieties and desires.  

In addition to being aware of these levels, it is important to always improve. Master the basics of your sector, study constantly to be able to keep up with the transformations that have been taking place in the economy.   

The UAU factor will result in customer loyalty and, consequently, through word of mouth, it will attract new consumers.

The world is undergoing a transformation, this transformation takes place at an unprecedented speed.
